This is the reason I have stated that the State Government has to force this or any other company out of the area and be relocated to one that is away from all other business and anything that could be affected if anything like this happens again. There has to be strict guidelines laid down as to how it should be built with its own backup water supply and special drainage system to hold many thousands of liters of water for the water or whatever is used to fight another fire. This should be the requirements for any company that wants to carry out this type of work and the buildings should be built well away from any storage so if another accident occurs the supply can be shut down. Another thing is there should be new regulations for any maintenance to be carried out like shutting down for any welding when it is close to the substance that is being treated. This would be a very tough call but one that has to be made for the safety to everyone and other peoples business.
