If the TeaParty had the power to dislodge incumbents and get rid of Washington insiders why didn't they flex it yesterday? Did they not have as much as they thought? It is simply anti-Democratic rhetoric or anti-Obama rhetoric. Tea partiers are Republican voters, regardless of their registration.
As usual, primaries can be confusing predictors. BUT, what we can tell is that the Tea Party movement is not the huge uprising it is purported to be nationwide. Maybe in some states, but not Indiana, North Carolina and Ohio. We also know that Democrats, especially young voters, are not awakened as a voting bloc as they were in 2008 vanessa bruno.
