But let's face it they sure make a good picture.

So on Thursday, mall officials invited , the artist who designed the giant footwear, to watch workers put the final touches on the holiday light display that annually adorns the boots.

Soon, the Rouse Co., which owned North Star Mall at the time, purchased the boots for $20,000. They were trucked to San Antonio in parts on three flatbed 18wheelers, and officially reassembled on Jan
